1. Return Eligibility

• You may return products purchased from UAEvaps within 7 days of delivery, provided that:

  • The item is unused and unopened.

  • The packaging is intact and in original condition.

2. Non-Returnable Items

• The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • E-liquids, pods, coils, disposable vapes, and other consumable or perishable items.

3. Return Process

• To request a return, please contact our Customer Support via Email or Whats App.

• You will need to provide: Order number, name, contact details, and reason for return (with photos if applicable).

• Return shipping costs must be covered by the customer.

4. Refund Details

• Once the returned product is inspected and approved, we will process a full refund of the product price (excluding shipping charges).

• Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.

5. Warranty (If Applicable)

• Selected products are covered by a 14-day warranty for manufacturing defects.

• Warranty does not cover: physical damage, misuse, liquid damage, unauthorised repairs, or normal wear and tear.

• Customers must cover return shipping first; if the item is confirmed defective, UAEvaps will arrange a replacement or reimbursement of shipping costs.
